To achieve this you must build and consistently maintain a pipeline of 150 potential properties that meet our strict acquisition criteria. The price range of these properties are between £1.5m to £3m.

PROFILE:

A dynamic, charismatic and super confident individual. A real genuine likeable and sincere personality. That is full of life, passionate, and oozing with natural enthusiasm. That holds themselves accountable to a very high standard, in relation to performance and results thereof from their work. Result-driven to the core. An extremely disciplined individual with an incredible work ethic.

EXPERIENCE:

Real estate experience is not important, in fact, we prefer someone that comes from a different industry, thus avoiding having to undo the average estate agent mindset. Our acquisition due diligence system and platforms takes care of all experience concerns.

SKILLS:

You will possess exceptional negotiating skills. Influencing others to your way of thinking must come natural to you. A master influencer and negotiator. Someone that knows how to seamlessly negotiate any transaction. Who demonstrates a high calibre of professionalism, integrity and sincerity.
